kenwood KDCW 7/8027 HU

im getting a new HU and have seen these 2 which i like the look of, only these are 2 diff models but i cant tell the difference, wots the difference as i cant c it? and is the difference worth the extra money?

are these reasonable units? im not looking for anything mind blowing, just reasonable quality at this price range. IGNORE PRICES.
