Key and alarm fob question........

Hi guys,

When I bought my 17 phase 2, I only got one key and one alarm fob. I am pretty sure the car is an import. No window etchings, locking nuts and its an aftermarket alarm. The alarm is Laserline. Thing is, I want to buy a spare key for the car, but I also want a second alarm fob. Does this mean I have to go to Laserline? Or will a Renault dealer be able to sort it all out for me?
I haven't yet tried pressing the button on the key but I'm assuming that it will unlock the car but not disarm the alarm? Is that right? I also have this black plastic alarm override key which I'm hoping I don't need to carry about with me all the time?

Renault will be able to supply you with a spare key for about £100 iirc. But it won't disarm the alarm no, laserline are shite anyway i'd get rid of it and replace it with something decent but thats me.

It's almost definetly an import by the way you describe it.
