Key Fob

My key fob decided to not work last week, consequently i brought a new battery, first thing that sprung to my mind.
Didnt work.
Went to renault. Geezer literally said dunno, and walked off.
Fob is flashing red when i press it, but cant rememeber if it done that before hand lol. Anyone enlighten?

Can't help you but I'm guessing you went to bristo's. Utterly useless in there!

Mine was the same, take it apart clean connections then it should work again.

This happened with me mate, took it to Renault and they put a new transponder in, think it was about £180!!!!
I didnt have to pay because car was still under warrenty though... hope this helps

Sorry only just got back on here, finally got it working by cleaning all connections. Cheers lads
