Key

For some reason my key isn't working. Changed the battery and nothing. The red light isn't coming on. Any ideas?

the little button inside may be loose. Does the button feel spongey on the key ?

nope it feel normal to me. Its crap cos i can't find my other key and hence can't set the alarm
