I know most Clios have a Gearbox mount problem where they can sometimes kick out of 3rd.
Well the last couple of days my 51' 1.2 has been getting worse, kicking out of most gears when i try to apply power.
On the way home from work, it just kicked out of 3rd and 2nd, so i pull into a carpark and the car just stalls and dies then won't start.
attempting to push it into a space fine, then it goes from easy to push then really hard, as if there is something rubbing.
I dipped the clutch and still difficult to push. It would then start and i can engage gears and rev the full rev range out of gear.
What am i looking at repairing? Geearbox mount and Clutch? or is there something else?
Got to go and retrieve the car soon, and put it in my garage hopefully!!
