Knock when steering wheel turned 1/4 (video attached)

Hi all

been having soo many problems with this car and im about to give up -.-

recently the car has started juddering while driving
also when i turn the steering 1/4 turn you can hear a knock. i can recreate this by constantly moving the wheel
car seems slightly unstable at speed too
no idea if the issues are linked

I'm thinking might be a spring or smth is loose?

any help appreciated

have you checked the CV's?

going to get round to that soon when the rain ends -.-
tried doing full lock turns and no knock knock knock was apparent (whilst moving slowly)
always thought a cv joint knock would be rhythmic whilst the wheels are moving
but yea will give them a check properly later on

I got the same but my knocking is coming from nearside and all i did was put a wheel brace on one wheel nut and just put a little pressure on it and saw my wheel move within the wheel arch had further look and all my lower pan bushes r fuk'd and the ball joint's was the fault on my old clio, hope this is any help if not my be suspension top mount cheap fix is a washer u can get of fleabay hope this will guide u in the rite direction mate let us no as i have similer problems but no time to fix lol
