Knocking Noise at low speed

ok i have a reasonably loud knocking noise coming from what sounds like the under side of the car somewhere at the front. its only there at low speed and is made worse over slightly bumpy ground i.e gravel car park. i have had a garage look and they tightened the exhuast mounts, which they thought solved it but hasnt plus they reckon they couldnt hear it in the first place.

any ideas?

Check the bottom ball joints and anti roll bar bushes

ive had this problem since ive had the car since last august, when it came to its MOT it failed on Anti Roll Bar Linkage, had it all replaced and they said all ball joints was spot on, yet still today the knocking continues, its a pain but ive got use to it now i suppose.

it is the most annoying thing made worse by the fact it doesnt always happen.
ive heard this could also be the drive shaft or engine mounts too, looks like im off to the garage
