Knocking noise from drivers seat!

any ideas what is causing a strange knocking noise from my drivers seat??

I lock the seat fully into position but i keep getting a strange knocking noise when driving, it is only intermittent though. I've no idea what's causing it.

is it moving a little bit

check the bolts holding it to the subframe and the subframe to the car (there under the car)

i have this noise coming from passenger side seat...will try to rectify today

my passenger side seat was making it but i just moved the seat a notch n it shut up lol
