knocking noise on my valver

hi, posted a week ago or so about a knocking noise when turning right. You guys said it could well be the CV joint. I had this checked out by my local garage and they couldnt see a problem with it. But they did however see that my suspension top mounts needed replacing, so they did them. Picked my car up after these where done but the knocking noise is still there but not as loud. Took it back and they tell me they think it could be to do with the lower part of my steering rack or the bearings in my steering column.

What do you guys think? This car is costing me a fortune!!! The noise is noticable on hardish right turns, a slight right hander you wouldnt notice a thing. Going left is 100% fine.

Is it a sound like something's vibrating against something else? I think I have this on mine - I was hoping it was just the exhaust knocking!

nope its a defo knocking, it vibrates through the steering wheel
