Knocking.. Sounds Like From Under The Dash Somewhere?

Ive recently removed my front wheels and put them back on as i resprayed them and i never noticed before but since that ive had like a knocking noise after hitting a hard bump or say a pothole from what seems to on the passenger side but sounds as if its in the car?

Sometimes its on the drivers side to its strange any idea as to what it is?

Oh yeah had to get them off with a rubber mallet dont know if this would help as to what it might be?

Did it sound like it was like inside your car mate? at first i was like is it the bloody sunroof but then pin pointed it to the dash it doesent happen over speed bumps just like the short sharp ones as said potholes and stuff car drives fine and that and no play in the stearing.
