knocking when changing gears at 3000-4000 RPM

hello mats,

it's not coming from the engine for sure, it's from the gearbox.
someone told me about a probelm with the clutch pedal that missing a tooth? anybody heard something about it?
gearbox were rebuilt couple of months ago so clutch plate is brand new.

open bonnet find the engine mount on the left as you look under the bonnet

slacken the four 16mm headed bolts (2 full turns) that secure this mount to the body

bar the engine forward and keep the presure on whilst you tighten bolts

voila knocking goes away

if this dont fix it then maybee this or another mount is goosed

Most like an engine mount is on it's way out.
