Koni adjustable shocks

Cars on 92k now I'm starting to think about changing the dampers as I'm not sure they have ever been done. Are the Konis worth the money or should I stick to standard shocks?

I've got eibach pro springs and do occasional trackdays.

Standard rear shocks are awful mate, my car had 25mm springs on and they leaked from using them... I would stay away if your used to half decent ones tbh.
