None what so ever, its just a piece of plastic bolted onto the bottom of your bumber.

A piece of carbon fibre.

Mine came, well pakcaged and looks th nuts, couldnt help but be a tiny bit dissapointed with the underside of the splitter tohugh, theres black residue (that backs the carbon weave) thats seeped through some of the weeve. Im being picky here but for £120 delivered id epxect it to be perfect. I wont be complaining though as it really is such an insignificant moan that its not worth chasing up and you wont be able to see it when fitted anyway.
