Ktec coilovers

  silver clio 182
Hi guys i recently fitted eibach prolines bt i am not happy with how the rear of the car sits . I looked at coilovers bt there a bit pricey but ktec have a coilover kit wit alloy topmounts for a pretty resoanable amount does anyone have them fitted and are they any good ?

The Boosh on here does, he seems to rate them, I am considering them, they seem very good value for a coilover kit with top mounts.

i have got the KTR coilover + topmounts on mine, i use the car everyday and rate them highly, really worth the money... make sure you get them set-up for getting the best out of them!

This to be honest. I have them too (minus the mounts) and for the ££ I can't fault them.

Oh and don't forget this too.

Well worth it.

You will get some track warriors come along and tell you they will be w**k for £300 but they are honestly pretty decent IMO!

Reports say there ok! As you wouldnt expect, they aint going to be as good as 1K items, but a lot of the time you pay for the name!!

Get it sorted!

Get them bought, and if your not happy with the ride after a few months, then sell them on, they'll get snapped up on here for sure.

Nothing wrong with the ride. It isn't soft but its not overly hard either. Perfect for road use!

I didnt mean there was anything wrong with the ride, not driven a 182 with ktec suspension. The way the car drives and handles is a personal thing, so may be fine for you and me but not for someone else.

Thats a fair point, they seem to be a very good kit for the money and get good reviews.
I was going to get them, but Ktec got me some H&R coilovers at a very good price. Didnt want to get the ktec coilies and regret it,have always wanted H&R's, so will try out the H&R and try to get a ride in a 1*2 with Ktec coilies.

Loving the comments on the K-Tec coilies - I took advantage of the top-mount package, will be getting them on very soon :D

They're alright, they piss me off though because I want a soft ride haha.

You should talk to him, or dump & move on if you want my advice ;)
