Ktec style or V6 intake set up

Been looking around on here and can't really see the answer I want

what set up is the best a Ktec style kit using the intakes from the grill (ph1) or a V6 box with a CAF from the fog light? Or are they both much and such the same just one with more noise than the other

any help would be good

Ktec is more noise, but the V6 has more of a rumble.

Imo it depends on sound, neither will give you any gains tbh.

It's personal preference really.. No induction kit will do anything other than make noise on a clio. Best off saving your money and sticking with the standard airbox and a panel filter.

Is the only difference between the v6 box and the ph1 the size of the inlet? Or is the box a bit bigger also

Ph1 has 2 inlets (smaller), where as the V6 has 1 big inlet. Not sure how they differ in terms of overall airflow though.

I had the Ph1 box and a V6 one, they are the same. Performance and noise wise

when i had my v6 box, i seemed to lose the kick you get going up the revs

took it off and stopped with the ph2 air box.
