kw coilover help

question for those with kw coilovers
how high can u raise them, im looking into kw coilovers for my williams , they state the ride hieght as being 40-70mm , is it possible to raise them higher to 20mm?

If it says 40mm-70mm the minimum should be 40mm i'm afraid...

, avo seem to b the only ones that allow that kind of hieght adjusting
