kw coilovers

anybody had the kw v1?

looking for general reviews, ride quality, waranty's, any problems experienced, servicing? thnx

brillaint pieces of kit the KW kits, ride is very good for a coilover and even better than some replaceemnt kits. only problems we get are with leaking damper units but everytime its been due to customers machining the height ring to lower further than its supposed to.

can the kw coilovers be adjusted to say just a -25mm drop in ride hieght

55mm front/25mm back for the v1 so yes.

basically i like the sound of the kw v1's but am not looking to lower my car by much, so need coilovers that allow a very little drop say between -15/-25mm on the front.
on the net it says the front starts from -40mm drop on the front, now ive spoken to john at 2modified and he said that the kw's have a very long thread so a slight drop should b ok.
just wondered those ppl actually running kw's can u set it up for a minimal drop in ride hieght

40mm is too low for my liking.
