You can't buy KW V3's for a any 1*2 - Or at least that was the conclusion of my search.

V1/V2 are the only ones available, and even then they won't fit if you have the cup packs :(

I don't know because I haven't looked into it, but do KW not do the Clubsports for the 1*2?

OP, without wanting to open a can of worms, have you considered AST?

you can buy them, yozzasport list them.

a while back they had a limited run of variant 3 for 182/172, even if it is a cup the strut can be machined, im not going to go into it but i have done it many times.

i need to know if yozzasport reply to email or not and still have the V3's or not?

i run a bussiness also and i can reply to emails ;)

no can of worms will be opened, as im not interested in any other coilover unit, we have used KW V3 in many track cars with great results.

i need a 3 or 4 way coilover unit, slow and high speed rebound, slow and high speed compression adjustment.

I've had KW V3's on my M Coupe and agree they are fantastic, so I understand where you are coming from :)

Have you tried phoning them?

I should of listened to Scotland and gone for kw from day one. I'll be getting some v3's next year on the 200.

;) The world would be a better place if people listened to me more often!

I like them because they were very easy to fit, they are bespoke and it just looks a quality item.

Mare to fit on the 200 by all accounts. Revoknuckle style nonsense on a car with bugger all torque. Thanks.

I disagree. The KW V3's I had on my old car were 3 way adjustable and were no where near £3.5K!!

I keep looking at these for the Megane, pretty much same set-up as the Clio 200 suspension by the looks of it.. fronts look like an arse to fit, rears easy :)

I'm pretty sure the v3's are only adjustable in the low range Robbie, the high speed is pre-set.
They are calling them three way but including the height adjustment.

For four way you'll be needing to look at things like penske or ohlins I'd have thought.

I have the two way comp's thought and can't rccommend them enough for a track car.

DMS or MCA in australia make 3 and 4 way motor sport only coliover units, im sure none of you have heard of them, but we have used them also with great results.

You can adjust the height, the camber, the rebound and damping. (adjustment is at the top and bottom of each strut. 16clicks!...)

Ive always looked at it this way...

V1 (1 way adjustable)... height

V2 (2 way adjustable)... height, dampening

V3 (3 way adjustable)... height, dampening, rebound

and you can always adjust the camber with any KW unit

?

I think you're right Gray, that's how I've always thought it worked.

But Robbie said he wanted three or four way damping adjustment.

three or four way would be the competition stuff from KW... iirc there is a black Clio at Freds with some fancy KW competition kit on ;)

I wonder who it could be haaha

although it you follow the KW motorsport competition enquiry form:

http://www.kw-suspension.co.uk/kw-motorsport.php

they only offer two or three way?!

on the KW main page....

KW Variant 1 - Adjustable height with fixed damping rates.

KW Variant 2 - Adjustable height with adjustable rebound rates.

KW Variant 3 - Adjustable height with adjustable bump and rebound rates.

Club Sport - Oriented towards serious track use.

Competition/Motorsport - For competition and motorsport use only.

As the Bear is saying, it's at fred's because he's as anal as I am.

The way i look at it is, for what it cost me, even if I have to have the parts built into a new block, it's cheaper than starting from scratch.
TDF are going to map it as well.

Thought so. Nice bit of kit. Wish Fred would kick the germans up the arse to sort some 182 cup V2's out ;)
