laguna space saver as a spare ?????

i have heard it mentioned that the laguna spare fits the 182 cup does anyone know if this is correct?
i am looking for a spare as i am about to do a long trip at christmas.

Some Lagunas use the 4 studes the new ones and loads of others use 5 studd.
Only the 4 studs will fit.
