lambda problem or something different

hi there hope someone can help !
driving at 70 and went to over take a car and it seem really hesitant and juddered like I was taping the accelerator and then it just shot off not the first time it's happened !
seems to be when i sit at a speed , mainly 70 on the motor way thinking maybe the butterfly is getting stuck but if it does it once it will be fine almost like it clears it's self
Iv had it scanned no codes at all this was done at Renault and i replaced the coil pack so now I'm thinking maybe the lambda going bad

HT leads it seems, MPG drops through the floor with a faulty lambda sensor!

iv got spare ones can try that tomorrow and i can see the mpg as my trip stalk is fucked hahaha

also the car is over fuelling i think lots of soot on the exhorts tips and you can small the petrol ?
