Lamda sensor front or rear ? & Jerky gear change

I need to change lamda sensor for the limp mode/cut out/2k max rev problem, which do i need front or rear ? And also my gearstick travels back and forward slightly when accelarating and deaccelerating,bit jerky between gears and i get a clunk when changing down gears from engine (happens when i let clutch out) ive heard of dog bone and drag links ? i would reallly appreciate help as its p*****g me off now thanks

front lambda mate, and engine mounts would be a good place to start looking for the jecky stuff.
