Laptop for £450???? Help please

Hi...i have got a budget of £450 for a new laptop as im fed up of reformatting this one every week. keep getting the blue screen of death.

i've done plenty of research and have come up with a few options, all with around 2gb ram, dual processors (2ghz), 160-250gb hard drives.

just wondering if any one can help with suggesting the best laptops under my budget with atleast the spec above or better!

im not fussy on brands, just performance!

I got my Dell Vostro 1710 for around that with a 1900x1200 screen, 250gb HDD, 2Gb RAM, nVidia 8600m gfx card, bluetooth and wireless-n.

I have the same laptop with 320gb HDD, 4gb RAM, Webcam & Bluetooth for £390 delivered from the Dell Outlet.

Seems nice so far (once you get rid of the acer crap that comes with it).
Its better than the dell 1525 I borrowed from work for the last month imo although not as portable due to the 17 inch screen
Could be worth the extra. It even has room for a 2nd hdd if you want

The Dell Outlet is one of the best places to buy a computer from if you want a bargain. You may even get lucky and find you have a higher spec than advertised when it arrives, I did
