Small laptop recommendations

I'm looking at replacing my Windows 7 netbook but unsure what I should be buying.

The main usage would be internet browsing, office applications and go pro playback/fiddling. The current thing has 2gb of ram but won't play back my go pro videos so it needs to be something powerful enough for that. I read that 4gb is what I should be aiming for at least.

Current unit has a 10" screen and weighs very little. I don't want to end up with a 15"+ laptop.

Her indoors has specified something that can be used as a tablet as well as a netbook which involves either detachable keyboards or 360 degree movement - but with that usually comes a small and crappy CPU (I've been told to avoid Atom processors).

The Microsoft Surface 3 is an option but it only has 2gb of ram. I'm sure some 2gb books are capable of running go pro software so I'm curious who on here has experience of using a go pro on an all in one tablet/netbook that could recommend one.

'Budget' is around £400 as I won't use it enough to justify spending several hundred. Surface is around that but you have to buy the keyboard @ £110 which is madness.

These struck me as contenders:

(I'd assume the higher the processor number the better it is.)

HP Envys are £450 and doubtful to be a huge amount better than above. Didn't bother linking he surface due to its atom processor and keyboard cost.

Any recommendations lads?
