Laptop's Physical Memory Spiking

Any idea why my laptop keeps spiking with the physical memory?

Keeps on sitting at high 90%'s

Its a Toshbia Satellite, just under a year old.

Removed all the old programs, swapped browsers, and I've disc checked, not yet defragged.

Fresh install a option?
