Laquer coming off!!

cleaned my car yesterday to find on the drivers door pillar thers a wierd mark looks like the laquers coming off but it quite big id say 1inch tall! can i get something to repair it or is it a spray the door+wing job?

did it work? dont wanna be left with a huge mark that i have to look at everytime i get in

Ive not done it yet but i have the laquer and all the bits, will let you know.
