Last "What Pad" thread 1.6 MK3

OK so my origional choice was Mintex 1144. But they have stopped producing these pads now. I need to order today, my brakes are shot to s**t.

I cant get DS 2500's in my fitment.

I have just ordered some brembo standard discs.

I now need pads.

I have the following choices;

Mintex Standard
Feredo DS Performance
EBC Greenstuff, Red, Yellow
Feredo DS3000

Which is it to be?

get the 3000s.
can you get red/yellow stuff fronts?? ive only seen the rears listed??!!

I may be wrong. Dont really fancy EBC tbh. Mate has red on a 5 series and they are utter tripe.

Are the 3000's not going to take a lot of heat to get them working? I dont cain the old girl everywhere

DS performance are approx eqivalent to mintex 1144. 2500 would be equiv to 1155

I run DS performance in my mk1 as it's a road only car and they're decent for a very good price

Oh right i thought they would be a bit pants in comparason.

I cant get 1155's either for some reason.

Im tempted with the DS just for the price.
