Now with Ibiza splitter, DTM mirrors, single wiper and twin exhaust. Bit grainy due to resize but I dont have web space of my own so:

I see you got round to getting your Ibiza splitter fitted then! Was it easy to fit it just using self tappers??

Hey Rick hows it going mate!

Yeah fitted it last weekend, I used 6mm nuts and bolts so there is no way that sucker is coming off.

Very easy to do, it fitted the shape of the bumper almost perfectly, just needed to hold the sides in a little bit whilst I got jiggy with the drill.

Hardest bit was making cut outs to fit the bolts through with a stanley knife. At one point I stuck right into the end of my thumb but when I pulled it out there wasnt a drop of blood. Really wierd.

Done anything to your car since FCS?

that looks spot on mate, i tried fitting an iiza splitter to my old clio and it looked sh*te, youve done yours much much better!! love the twin pipes, i wanted them on mine but mister renault decided to put a reserve fuel tank on valvers

Alright Ben. All Ive been doing since FCS is saving for a valver! Seriously toyed with the idea of a GT conversion for a while. But I spoke to someone who had already had the conversion done and the cost of getting the 1.4 to a state where it will comfortably handle the power, and then getting the engine fitted is going to be more than just buying a valver straight off. Plus I like the look of the 16v over the RT so even more reason to get one I guess.

Also there are quite a few RT popping up near me (some of which look bloody aweful but thats a different story!) but very few valvers, so a little bit of exclusivity would be nice.

Cheers for the comments, Im trying to get the subtle look rather than anything too in yer face.

Rick I know what you mean, after FCS I came away thinking whatever I do I have to get a valver somehow. Was thinking of putting all standard bits back on, selling in autotrader and buying a valver so I can swap it over.

Doubt Id get enough cash to buy a decent one though
