Latest Pics - Superleggeras & Coilovers... (56k No!)

edde is the back on its max or is there still a bit of play? the springs look pretty compressed to me...

Could remove the rubber bump and the lower adjsuter but for the fewmm plus Its not desinged not to plus the springs will settle. IMO no point, if you want to later when the springs have lowerd and the front say 2cm lower and you want even more then we can work on it but idealy there no need.

yeah lol, its just weather the wheels would rub on the outside arches, theyre pretty close as it is... i think its the stupid ET37 offset
Have to see how close it is.

yeah, i'd say theres about 1cm(ish) gap between the outer arch and the rubber, dont know how much its going to settle though so its better leaving the back as you said and see how it goes...

will talk to you about the front in a few days see'ing as its different wheels to last friday

looks great, but would look better if the coilies were wound down further :)

EDIT

didnt see your post edde, there is no rub at all on full lock with the superleggera's on now, ive had my hand up the back with it on full lock and theres quite a bit of clearance...

Rears could go a bit lower but I'd prefere to leave the rubbers and bottom adjuster in place. If you wanted to go miles lower I'd get the dampers changed front and rear personally for my own happyness.

At the front yep lower is possible say 1.5cm ideally maximum. Its catching slightly now so you'd have to make a compromise.

The cars still got a little bit to settle plus at the moment a normal stock jack won't fit there anyway so its a pain.

quick fix guys... lol
get rid of arch liners. haha

17"s f0xy. when i first dropped it, it wasnt rubbing as much,

but when it it settled, well lol

then at the RR day at bb tuning, fred customise my arch liners with his stanley knife lol

since then no rubbing what so ever.

Yu've got big wheel which helps make it look lower.
To prove how low it is you realy should measure from the ground to the center of the wheel and take away the distance from the group to the bottom of the jacking point.

id say raise the back end and drop the front end, the front end is supposed to lower if you can so the car levels under acceleration

im heading back to eddes on friday for a bit of adjustment as theres some noise coming from the back left wheel, there is no rubbing though so hes going to take a look.

yeah, i was going to see how much lower the front would go as there is quite alot of space round the wheel...

The front and rear were lowered about equal (if anyhting fornt bias) also the fronts will drop over time more so will be better.

i think its dropped a bit on the front already when parking tonight i could hear a sort of squeeking noise like rubber on plastic/arch couldnt really tell though, but not really noticed anything apart from the little squeak
