Lazy Start Up

My car (172 Cup) has been quite lazy when starting the engine lately, replaced the battery but thats made little difference. Any ideas?

Mine has been objecting to the cold weather lately. I found that cleaning the throttle body and raising the idle rpm from cold has helped lots

Throttle body should be clean as it was off and cleaned not so long back. Would i be needing software to raise the idle?

Mine was done in renault so guessing a clip machine

Do remember the VVT dont work until at certian temprature.

They do feel a bit sluggish in the cold, try idling for a min before pulling away.
