Leak from driveshaft

Just had my gearbox rebuilt and also purchased new drive shafts.

got the box back in and fitted the new drive shafts. When we put the gear oil in it is leaking from the near side drive shaft where it meets the gearbox.

eventually most of the oil found it's way onto the floor

any ideas

Seal not seated correctly or tightened up? The only way for it to leak is if the seal isn't functioning correctly.

I tend to not put the hub end in until the inner part is seated and tightend correctly.
