Leak on my Renault Clio

Hi

My Renault Clio 1.4 RT 1997 has a leak coming from the driver side.
The colour is yellow watery colour. It doesn't pour it, it's more of a drip. But after a while it is noticable. *This leak only happens when I start the Engine!*

Also, I changed the oil and oil filter a week ago, however I checked it today and I notice it is now *pitch Black*!!

I am completly a beginner at Mechanics, so I have no clue what so ever. :S

Where abouts are you from if your close i'll have a look for you and give you a 100% answer on what it is.

Water pump is that side of the engine.
