Leaking Bleed Nipple

Has anyone had any experience of a leaking brake bleed nipple on a 182? I went out at the weekend and saw that there was an incredibly slow leak coming through the bleed nipple on the off side front (it's not coming through the threads it's coming out the bleed hole). I've replaced the nipple with a brand new one and that still leaks. I don't want to do it up any tighter than I have through fear or shearing it off!!

Any ideas?

s**t in the bottom of the bleed nipple hole preventing it from seating correctly?

I did wonder! When I had the nipple out I pumped the brake pedal a few times hoping it would clear anything and it squirted out a load of fluid. Didn't stop it from leaking though. Very odd!
