leaking light washer jet on 182

my drivers side light washer jet on the bumper is constantly leaking water, any ideas? any help appreciated

Alot of people put a one way valve in the line, but a new jet is only 9 quid.

is that all it is a faulty jet? do i have to remove the bumper to replace it?

my one way valve stopped working so i have blocked the pipe for now...
