Leaking Oil Cap

Hi, I have tightened my oil cap up but oil keeps appearing around it, any ideas????

only very slightly not any significant amount, the oil is slighty high on the dipstick so this may be the cause, im going the renew the oil soon and to the correct level. thanks.
