I have recently just put some renault 19 leather seats into my ph1 valver.To help fund this i sold my old valver interior and my door card inserts aswell , this then left me with bare patches and big glue blobs.
so I thought get hold of a trimmer , buy some leather and jobs done. Except i was told i would have to buy a whole cow,well hide anyway, at approx cost of 150 quid !!
The wife came up with a brilliant solution - go to a charity shop and buy used leather jacket and take the trim from that. Sorted , got me a jacket from oxfam for 6.99 and thats the job done , its even a good match for the seats .
just thought i would share that with you all .
