Left front knocking noise?

I have run a search and they are lots ofthreads about knocking noises, but i'm still not sure what it could be.

I had some coilovers fitted last weekend and over the past couple of days I have noticed a slight knocking noise coming front the front passenger side. I checked all the wheel nuts as I thought that they might be loose, but they were all fine and tight. Im starting to think that it may be the topmounts? I kept the standard top mounts on when i had the coilovers fitted, does anybody have any idea? If it is the top mounts how do they knock? If they are loose?

i had a similar sort of thing, stripped them down had a look - nothing looked wrong so built them back up and fitted them back together and now its all good. Couldn't understand because nothing had changed.

Cheers Chris. Was it anything to do with the top mounts? Or was it loose nuts or something? I'm wondering whether getting some KTR top mounts is going to fix the problem..? :S
