Yep, the PC would probably run a whole lot better with a few choice trojans than with Norton installed. Nannying system hogging shite. It's the only anti-virus software that I've seen VISIBLY destroy frame rates in games.

I thought Norton was the daddy!! and at one point it probably was but not anymore. It's over packed with useless extra's not to mention the extra processes which saps your pc.

Haven't ran virus software on my home computers for 6 years, never had a problem.

Same here, or if I did get one I'd just wipe it and start again, probably due a fresh install by now anyway.
