Light Boxes/Diffusers/Umbrellas etc!

I have started attempts to use flash and got myself an SB-700 which I am working with on and off camera. The flash comes with a basic diffuser, Green filter and Orange filter but feel if I get more in to portraits I want to get more in to creative lighting.

I know in the end I will need 2 or more flashes but for now I am just using 1 so need some budget fun items to experiment with!

Was thinking out something like the Westcott Umbrella set:

or a Lastolite Ezybox Speed-Lite Softbox

Any other suggestions appreciated.

I prefer soft boxes to umbrellas but the next poster may disagree! Pretty much the same, any flash modifier is better than bare flash!

I have a larger lastolite one. Does the job perfectly well for speedlights. Also recommend the honeycomb mesh for it which gives a great hard shadow effect.

Howver I've since moved on to Elinchrom Dlite 100's with soft boxes and a beauty dish.

I was looking at the large flashbender set and was on the fence as was not sure how good it could be for just over £60!

I shoot all of my stuff with bare flash. I only use soft boxes and umbrellas when I am using something a little more powerful then a flash gun and I want to control the light a little more.
