light problem

hey ppl . wonderered if anyone could help .

Had a side light out , so u would asume it is just a bulb. changed the bulb and it aint that. am i putting the thing in wrong or do u think its something else. it seems like there is only 1 way u can put it in.

Is it just the one side out yeah? Have you used the right type/rating new bulb? Try wriggle it about in the holder.. contacts could be loose. Or try swapping the working side one over to the in-op side.

Other thing you could try is to get a volt meter on the contacts to check your getting the correct voltage through, you may have a short out or earth fault somewhere
