light scratches

just flatted and polished out a few scratches so i thought id stick some pics up

ive done a guide on it too that goes into a bit more detail if there is any one who needs to do the same

u clever git! looks like ill be following ur methods there as its come out amazingly. will only take me bout a week to do all mine lol

be careful on the bonnet, make a backside of that and its a shambles that everyone will clock straight away

Looks good, used wet and dry paper on mine and was very impressed with the results, nice one!

cant believe u lot have the guts to take sandpaper to ur bodywork, iv got an old mk1 an still cant bring myself to do it.

i used 1500 wet and dry to flat out the scratch then i used some 3000 trizact to reome the marks from the 1500 then g3`ed it and wax polish,
you do have to be carefull when doing this and as rich said make sure it is nice and wet, when flatting mine it was wetter than it looked in the pics.
as for the guide , im just waiting for it to apear in the guides section
