lights behind dials

hi since lastnight all my dials will not light up when i turn on the lights,the lights come on outside but inside the car my thermometer goes dim and my dials dont light up,anyone know how i can fix this ? i checked all the fuses and they seem fine.

well , my clifford alarm was playing up it seems in this hot weather for soem strange reason when i lock the car the hazards flash then dont go off , so my cars siting there with the 2 indicators constantly on ! So i had to d/c the battery and left it for a while and that sorted it , then lastnight i found this prob

i checked the fuse box under the passenger glovebox ! And is the other one under the bonnet - passengers side ?
