Lights stuck on Full Beam

Mk3 new clio.

Only lets us have main beam or nothing on.....when we click to put standard beams on the bulbs switch off so its just side lights.

Any ideas.

Bulbs could be gone but they went at the same time soooo maybe not...cheers

What can be done, or is it a garage job....the owner is a bird and i wont be seeing her so if its anything overly comp i'll just tell her to go to the dealer etc

Yeh its a stealer job unfortunately.

UCH = Universal control harness, basically a computer/plc that controls all the auxillary electrics. When they f**k up they do very strange things.
