Limp mode problem

Hi guys, I've got a clio 182, put new KTR induction kit on last night, was "testing it" today, floored it sounded great then went into limp mode and the engine fault light and electric fault light come on, even when I restart it it's still there, any advice? It's going to be a track toy which is going to suck if I can only do 20mph round Brandshatch in limp mode lol, would the induction kit have anything to do with it? Or just coincidence?
Nearest Renault specialist is in dartford about 30 miles away which is too far in limp mode, I see k tec sell the code reader, worth getting?

Get it plugged in to check for fault

Update. Left the car a whole, turnt it on now runs fine, but exhaust emissions light is on.
It goes into limp mode when on the redline, not much good for a track car lol
