Load sensitive pressure regulating valve

Right this is whats leaking on my car, I have tightened a bolt on it that was loose, but i am not sure whether this is just holding it up or if its part of the units functionality.

Is it possible to fix this leak?How hard are these to replace and if so what do i need to do? Failing that how much is it gonna cost me to have replaced?

Happened to mine a few months ago... Its a renault only part so it costs around £80 if i remember rightly.. Also it has to be set up coz if you do it wrong your back end will keep locking up!!
