Will these fit my Phase 1 172?

Tappered seat means it goes down into a point, but it dont reach the point because of the thread, its kinda like the angle of a screw. If you look into your wheel nut holes on your rims, if you see a flat surface the tapered ones will be no good, as the tapper wont take effect, but if they have a tappered seat, they will be just fine.

I dont know, do a google image search of 'tapered locking bolts' then 'locking bolts' and decide which ones you need, and also what wheels you have.

No, but very similar. They are the wheels I have on mine

Take one of the bolts off and see if they have a tapered head or not.
