log book application help, chassy or vin number? and taxation class?

looking to apply for a new log book as its been lost, i have a mk2 ph1 clio , what taxation class isit what previously a plg public light goods but theres options for petrol car i would have thought it would have been that? also it asks for either the chassis frame or vin number says it would be near the engine but i cant see it?

Open the drivers door and there should be a white sticker on the chasis with the VIN on it. I'm not really sure what you mean by what else you are asking as it does not make any sense.
