Clio
Hello.
I have been reading, and reading about how to get rid of the air bag and service light so I tried the resistor technique but had no luck.
We are on very good terms with a local indy garage, worked next door to my dad for 20 years, and does all our other cars etc. so we know he is reliable.
The car was in a crash before I got it, and had been restored by someone near my Dads work also.
Any way I just thought I would get a second opinion of this board, since its specialised in the Clio.
The list of errors are as follows:
183 Pretensioner buckle circuit, driver side open circuit
184 " " passenger side "
77 Front thorax side airbag circuit, driver open circuit
68 " " passenger "
177 Rear side inertia reel circuit, driver open circuit
178 " " passenger
65 Front seat position sensor circuit, Driver open circuit or short circuit to battery <<< can't work out if he has wrote battery or something else
2 ECU Supply voltage, Voltage too low
194 Replace ECU after impact locked following impact.
Has anyone ever had experience with this?
Do I need a new ECU, and then correct all these faults to clear the airbag and service light?
Appreciate any replies.
Thanks
