lookin at upgrading front speakers

i am looking to upgrade my front speakers as mine have blown. i would rather just do i straight swap as i still have standard cd player, any recomendations on wot to get?? ive been looking at these http://www.a1caraudio.co.uk/pioneer-tsq131c-renault-p-5922.html

and will sound quality be much better than standard without running a amp?

you won't hear any noticable difference without an amp, just get some £30 speakers, them thinks look cack. just get some cheapo alpine speakers from ebay 13cm, or 5x1/4"

o rite suppose il have to get a amp then, can this be hooked up to a standard head unit?

These speakers are better than standard speakers when teamed up with a good head unit. I'd recommend them if you're not up for spending loads on your sound system. Heard them in someone elses car so will probably be buying some myself now with an Alpine headunit. Alpine speakers are a bit pants really...well the ones I've heard anyway
