Looking at getting a 172 cup

  Deja vu 182
I think the cup v ff arguement could go on forever , but seriously an average driver will never notice the very small difference in performance .

  Cup 172
Why is it that whenever anyones talking about Cups, certain people always wade in going on about how there variant is better blah blah blah.

Seems strange that, mentioning no names, its always the same people..

Lets face it, they are all good but all slightly different. Everyone makes their own choice, so whats all the fuss about??

172FF is a great car and is a much nicer place to be, with more toys and a nicer interior.

172Cup is very slightly quicker, is a little more responsive round corners, but isnt the best place to be with its low spec interior.

Personally, I liked the performance orientation of the Cup and wasnt bothered about the interior, so I went for a Cup..

The 172 cup is 171 Bhp per tonne...fact, the mk 2 is ......... actually i dont care what it is

Fact? 170bhp into 1021kg doesn't equal 171!

172 FF ph2 = 153bhp per ton
172 Cup = 167 (rounded up) bhp per ton. On par with the 182 cup.

(Even if you use 172bhp for the cup, it's 168bhp per ton)

Still a fair difference between the two 172 ph2 variants though. Those FFs are so heavy!
