Loose front bumper

I've got a 2001 pre facelift Clio and the front bumper seems to be loose. I can shake it up and down with jsut my hand. Doesn't seem to be falling off, just concerned that it's not secure. How can I tighten it? Where are the bolts that hold it?

there are bolts underneath the front of the bumper and in the arches, find out where it is loose and have a look in those places

The whole bumper is loose, its not jsut from one side. How do I get to the bolts?

think there are screws under the splash guard by the front wheels
